PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and send out one by one of an O-ring stuck with oils such as lubricating oil to a carrying device. SOLUTION: This separator includes a downward tapering-off circular vessel 2 forming a spiral on an inner peripheral surface, an O ring separating recessed passage 4 for separating and introducing the O-ring 3 constituted on a flat bottom surface 2a of the circular vessel 2, a rotary separation blade 5 rotating along the bottom surface 2a with the center of the bottom surface 2a of the circular vessel 2 as the rotational center, and a rotational driving mechanism for rotatingly driving the rotary separation blade 5. The spiral is formed in a cross-sectional partially circular arc shape, and is constituted so as to turnably descend in the counterclockwise direction. The O-ring separating recessed passage 4 is constituted of a partially circular arc-shaped recessed passage 4a along a rotational locus of the rotary separation blade 5 and a straight line-shaped recessed passage 4b connected in a straight line to a sending-out port 2b opening to the external part in a lower part of the circular vessel 2 from the partially circular arc-shaped recessed passage 4a. A width of the O-ring separating recessed passage 4 exceeds a little a diameter of the O-ring 3, and the depth is less a little than a stranded wire diameter of the O-ring 3.
