PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance handleability of a composite metal porous body without sacrificing the effective area of the porous body. SOLUTION: A sheet metal part 11 comprising the porous body having a three-dimensional reticulated structure and a resin part 12 extending in the surface direction of this metal part 11 are integrally molded, and the metal part 11 is formed out of titanium or a titanium alloy.
