PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device having a forcibly unclamping means capable of executing unclamping without using any hydraulic pressure. SOLUTION: The clamp device C includes a clamp body 1, a grip member 2 capable of gripping an inner circumferential surface of a hole in a workpiece, a clamp rod 3 to be engaged with the grip member 2, and a driving means 4 to drive the clamp rod 3 in an advancing/retracting manner to/from the clamp body 1. The driving means 4 includes a piston part 43 attached to a cylinder hole 41 in the clamp body 1, one or a plurality of compression springs 46 for urging the piston part 43 to the clamp side, and an oil chamber 47 for unclamping to which the fluid pressure for urging the piston part 43 to the unclamping side is supplied, and further includes a forcibly unclamping means 8 provided with a screw member 91 to be driven in an advancing/retracting manner in the axial direction of the clamp rod 3 to/from the clamp body 1, and capable of forcibly pressing the piston part 43 to the unclamping side via the screw member 91 without using the hydraulic pressure in the oil chamber 47 for unclamping.
