PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refil for multi-refill writing instrument which facilitates identification of ink color before accommodated in a barrel. SOLUTION: The refill for multi-refill writing instrument is accommodated in the barrel 6 when being used to cause a pen point to appear from the front end of the barrel 6 by performing sliding operation of an operating body 4 forward. In a state before being accommodated in the barrel 6, the multi-refill writing instrument includes: a ball-point-pen chip 1 (pen point) where a ball is rotatively held at the front end; an ink accommodation pipe 3 where the ball-point-pen chip 1 adheres to the front end and ink is accommodated inside; and the operating body 4 (ink color display part) connected to the rear end of the ink accommodation pipe 3 and colored in with the ink color in the ink accommodation pipe 3. The multi-refill writing instrument is contained in a packaging bag 5 formed out of a transparent material. A header part with a gravity hole 51 is provided at one end of the packaging bag 5.
