PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual detachment/attachment device for improving the operation feeling of an operation part when detaching/attaching a medical connector. SOLUTION: The manual detachment/attachment device of the medical connector includes: a means for separating a first connector 1 and a first connector cap 3, and a second connector 2 and a second connector cap 4 in the first area S1 of the operation part 7, rotating the first connector cap 3 and the second connector 2 and moving the first connector 1 and the second connector 2, and the first connector cap 3 and the second connector cap 4 so as to face each other respectively in a second area S2, and connecting the first connector 1 and the second connector 2, and the first connector cap 3 and the second connector cap 4 in a third area S3; and a clutch mechanism interposed between a transmission gear 29a linked with the operation part 7 and the operation part 7 to rotate a holder. The state that a clutch is disengaged is attained in the first area S1, the clutch is engaged to rotate the transmission gear 29a when shifting from the first area S1 to the second area S2, and the state that the clutch is disengaged is attained again when shifting from the second area S2 to the third area S3.
