Provided is an iontophoresis patch. The present invention comprises: a patch body having a connection region that connects a first region and a second region, each first and second regions having equal or different sizes from one another; a first electrode layer that coats one surface of the first region; a second electrode layer that coats one surface of the second region; an adhesive layer that coats in such a manner that the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are covered thereby; and a power supply unit that is electrically connected to first and second terminal parts, which are connected to a first electrode exposing portion and a second electrode exposing portion respectively, the first and second electrode exposing portions extend from the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and are externally exposed through the connection region, and mounted such that at least one battery is included, so that the replacement thereof in the connection region is enabled.
