Disclosed are: a storage sensor substrate wherein the storage stability of a physiologically active substance, which is immobilized on the surface of a sensor substrate, is improved; and a dried sensor substrate which enables easy removal of a preservation solution before use of the substrate. Specifically disclosed is a storage sensor substrate which is characterized by comprising: a sensor substrate on the surface of which a physiologically active substance is immobilized; and a preservation solution which contains a sugar and a non-specific protein and covers the physiologically active substance.
