<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability of an electronic device having a water-proof function. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first case 1, a lid body 11 capable of concealing a concealed part in the first case 1, and water cutoff member 12 arranged around the concealed part. The lid body 11 can be displaced to a blocked state covering the concealed part and an open state opening the concealed part. The lid body 11 is in contact with the water cutoff member 12 at the blocked state. By providing the water cutoff member 12 at the first case 1, the one cutoff member can cut off water of all terminals even if the number of terminals is increased.
