<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for application of fixed quantity of liquid chemical which uniformly controls the temperature of the liquid chemical so as to uniformly keep the viscosity of the liquid chemical in order to uniformly keep the quantity of ejected liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for application of fixed quantity of liquid chemical includes a syringe 11 housing the liquid chemical to be applied and including an ejection port 11a at the one side of the syringe, a heating means 12 arranged to cover at least a part of the outer circumferential surface of the syringe, a temperature sensing means 14 arranged inside the syringe and a liquid chemical supply means 15 for supplying the liquid chemical to the inside of the syringe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
