<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing and insulating panel which exhibits excellent sound absorbing performance by absorption of an absorbing material, and which can exhibit sound-absorbing performance for the frequency of a wide band and which can be attached to various portions, because of high flexibility of design. <P>SOLUTION: The sound-absorbing and insulating panel 1 has a panel material 2 in which a plurality of hollow chambers 13 are laid out and formed inside, and which is formed with a thermoplastic resin, and a sound-absorbing material 3, which is formed by laminating fiber sheets (22, 23) on one side or on both sides of the first sound-absorbing layer 21 which is formed with a paper material sheet containing a porous pulp fiber of 90 mass% or more, having freeness within a range between 350 and 650 ml (CSF) of Canadian Standard Freeness defined by JIS P 8121-1995-4 Canadian Standard Freeness, and in which airflow resistance is set within a range between 0.2 and 10.0 kPa s/m, vents 14, that communicate with the hollow chambers 13, are provided in the panel material 2; and the sound-absorbing material 3 is laminated on the panel material 2 so as to cover the vents 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
