PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct case and an air supply duct having the same, capable of suppressing variation in gradient of a pipe case in construction. SOLUTION: This duct case 5 in the air supply duct 1 disposed between an external wall 20 of a building and an internal wall 21 defining a ventilated space of the building for supplying the outside air to the ventilated space, includes the cylindrical pipe case 6 opened to the external from the external wall 20 at its one end 6a to circulate the outside air in an inner peripheral space from one end 6a toward the other end 6b, and a gradient member 9 for providing the pipe case 6 with gradient. The gradient member 9 is placed on a loading face of a supporting base 22 disposed between the external wall 20 and the internal wall 21 and having the horizontal loading face on its upper end, and includes a top face 9a which is inclined to the loading face in loading and on which the pipe case 6 is disposed.
