PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus which has a water-proof performance and is capable of freely designing the total number and shape of antenna elements in a three-dimensional (3D) manner. SOLUTION: The shape and arrangement of antenna elements are fixed by a first resin part and the antenna elements except a feeding part are wrapped with a second resin part. Antenna elements formed like this are incorporated in a portable radio device, thereby a water-proof performance and a degree of freedom in 3D design including the total number and count of antenna elements can be made compatible.
