PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processor that are applicable to image processing of regular size and wider size. SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 mounted on a composite device 1 counts the number of pixels of image data sent to a line memory 13 by an input counter 12 and outputs a control output signal whose state changes between during counting and after counting preset line pixels. After counting pixels as many as the line pixels, the image processing device inhibits output of image data to the line memory 13. To image data to be input to the input counter 12, performs predetermined image processing via an image processing section 11, counts the number of pixels of image data sent from the line memory 13 via an output counter 14, and outputs a control output signal whose state changes between during counting and after counting the number of pixels as many as the line pixels.
