PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure using an inexpensive concrete block which makes a construction period short and which can be easily transported and installed by man power. SOLUTION: The foundation structure 10 makes equipment A for a building supported on a ground surface in the installation of the equipment A. A bottom plate 11, which comprises a pair of right and left bottom plate end members 20 and 21 formed of the flat plate-like precast concrete block and a bottom plate coupling member 22 fitted between the bottom plate end members 20 and 21, is disposed on an equipment installation ground surface 37; an upper plate 12, which comprises a pair of front and rear upper plate end members 30 and 31 formed of the flat plate-like precast concrete block on the bottom plate 11 and an upper plate coupling member 32 fitted between the upper plate end members 30 and 31, is disposed in such a manner as to be laid across the bottom plate end members 20 and 21; a bolt 36 is tightened to an anchor nut 23, embedded in the bottom plate 11, through a coupling hole 33 provided in the upper plate 12; the upper plate 12 and the bottom plate 11 are integrated together; and an anchor bolt 13, which is inserted into the ground through fixing holes 24 and 34 provided in the upper plate 12 and the bottom plate 11, is fixed to the equipment installation ground surface 37 by being tightened with a nut 39.
