<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system and device for sharing right constituted to be related to a content. <P>SOLUTION: The method, system and device for sharing the right constituted to be related to the content are provided. The method and system include: generating at least one of usage right and meta right with respect to the content; defining the usage method of the content, based on the usage right; and defining the right transfer method of the content, based on the meta right. The device receives at least one of the usage right and the meta right with respect to the content, analyzes the usage method of the content, based on the usage right and analyzes the right transfer method of an item, based on the meta right.
