<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice ball with Chicken Nanban (fried chicken with tartar sauce), and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the rice ball with Chicken Nanban includes a step for slicing meat pieces comprising the chest sites of chickens to prepare the skin portions and the meat portions, a step for dispersing and mixing cooked rice with a tartar sauce, forming straw bag-like or spherical rice balls, and then freezing the rice ball, a step for mounting the skin portion on the surface of the rice ball, and then winding the meat portions on the whole surface to integrally form the rice ball, a step for coating the meat portion-wound rice ball with batter such as Tempura flour and then deep-fry the rice ball with a heating device for a prescribed time, and a step for immersing the rice ball in a prescribed seasoning solution containing sweet vinegar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
