<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system, capable of reducing cost borne by each shop. <P>SOLUTION: The customer management system includes: an assignment device which assigns a shop ID related one shop and a unique customer ID in the one shop in association with each other; a writing device which stores the shop ID and the customer ID on a storage medium; and a transaction information memory device which stores the customer ID and transaction information with a customer corresponding to the customer ID in association with each other. The system further includes: a reading device which reads the shop ID and customer ID; a customer ID extraction device which extracts, from the shop ID and customer ID read by the reading device, the customer ID associated with the shop ID related to one shop; and a transaction information update device which causes the transaction information memory device to store transaction information to which a transaction content of a customer who has presented the storage medium is added in association with the customer ID extracted by the customer ID extraction device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
