<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a human input error and human loading error. <P>SOLUTION: In an automatic issuing device 1, a storage portion 2 stores an issue medium 5 having an RFID tag for storing the attribute information representing an attribute; a reader/writer 3 reads the attribute information from the RFID tag of the issue medium 5 stored in the storage portion 2; a storage portion information recording portion 4a records the storage portion information, indicating that the storage portion 2 is associated with an attribute of the stored issue medium 5; and a comparison determining portion 4b determines whether the issue medium 5 stored in the storage portion 2 and read by the reader/writer 3 has an issue medium 5, with an attribute different from the attribute corresponding to the storage portion 2, based on the storage portion information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
