<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device suitable for lighting up a high-rise building from below with the use of an LED light emitter. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device 10 includes a reflecting surface 17 with a parabolic curved face, and an LED light emitter 12 with its main optical axis arranged toward the reflecting surface 17.
