<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste for forming an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern, which has the effects that an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern with a low specific resistivity is obtained even under low-temperature curing conditions and fine patterning is possible owing to high photosensitive characteristics, and which enables to easily form fine bumps, wiring and the like on various substrates, and to provide a method for producing an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste for forming an organic-inorganic composite conductive pattern includes a compound (A) having two or more alkoxy groups, a photosensitive component (B) having an unsaturated double bond, a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a conductive filler (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
