摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reduction mechanism which switches a solenoid controlled valve with output of a positioning detection sensor attached to a speed reduction initiating position of a cylinder tube and enables it to stop slowing down a moving speed of a piston at stroke end by a device attached to the exterior of a well-known pneumatic cylinder. SOLUTION: The speed reduction mechanism is configured so as to connect a port 17 as an exhaust side among ports for supplying and exhausting of pressure chambers on both sides of a piston 12 in the pneumatic cylinder 10 to a solenoid controlled valve 31 for low speed zone control via a conduit 20 which has speed control valves 34a, 34b and to a three-position solenoid controlled valve 32 for high speed zone control which has full closed position, to install the positioning detection sensor 35 in speed reduction initiating position in the cylinder tube 11, to drive the piston by sucking air through both of the solenoid controlled valves to a port 16 on a suction side by a controller 40, to switch the solenoid controlled valve for high speed zone control in full closed position based on detection signal of the piston 12 by the sensor, and to perform control for moving to slow down the piston only by the solenoid controlled valve for low speed zone control.
