PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic transmission assembly that is adapted to be integrated with a motor or a generator. SOLUTION: The magnetic transmission assembly includes a rotor, a stator and a magnetic conduction element. As for the rotor and the stator, one covers the other in a sleeve shape at the same axis, and both have R pieces of pole pairs and ST1 pieces of pole pairs, respectively. The magnetic conduction element is arranged between the rotor and the stator and has a plurality of a magnetic permeability region. When the magnetic conduction element is driven, the magnetic conduction element makes it possible that PN1 pieces or PN2 pieces of magnetic permeability regions correspond to the rotor and the stator selectively. The magnetic conduction region corresponding to the rotor and the stator generates a prescribed variable velocity ratio by mutually acting upon magnetic fields of the R pieces of pole pairs and the ST1 pieces of pole pairs.
