Disclosed are a small-form-factor display device with touch-panel functionality, and a screen used as the display therein, that reduce the problem of double images. Said screen (1) is provided with: a Fresnel lens sheet (2) that has a Fresnel lens section (22) that converts video light projected from a video light source into roughly-parallel light going roughly in the direction of the normal of the screen surface (1a); and an optical control sheet (4) disposed on the side of the Fresnel lens sheet (2) from which the video light is emitted. The optical control sheet (4) is provided with: a plurality of unit light-transmission sections that extend in the horizontal direction of the screen (1) and constitute part of the video-light emission surface of the optical control sheet (4); and a plurality of unit light-absorption sections that extend in the horizontal direction of the screen (1), constitute part of the video-light emission surface of the optical control sheet (4), and are arranged in alternation with the unit light-transmission sections.
