<p>The invention relates to a system for the drape forming of bands of composite material (3), consisting of: an unwinding head (20), an original assembly comprising a light source (4) which is used to heat the band (3) and to harden the composite, and a pair of rollers (6a and 6b) which apply the desired pressure in order to assemble the band with a pre-deposited laminate (2) or to apply same to the support (1). Since the application of heat is concentrated at a distance from the rollers (6a and 6b) and with a normal incidence thereto, said rollers can be made conveniently from an elastic material. As a result, the rollers can adapt well to the cross curvature of the support tool (1) and apply a uniform pressure.</p> |
