<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease deflection of a slat, to improve typhoon-resistant strength, to reduce the number of parts in total, and to enable assembling and dismantling without requiring a tool. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 1 of a shutter is suspended from a reinforcing material interlock 15 at the upper edge and is bent in the form of a dog-leg shape to an L shape 4, and the edge of a horizontal surface 5 forms a tip-end shape to become a cross section. One of both ends of the reinforcing material of the shutter is processed such that the horizontal surfaces at a rail width 2 and a half rail width 3 from the edge of the reinforcing material of a shutter are incised and is cut off therebetween, while between them, the forward horizontal surface is bent to fit a rail groove, and a barb for return prevention is abutted on the bent portion to provide tolerance for return prevention and is mounted to the vertical surface 9 of the reinforcing material of a shutter.
