摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cost of a voltage monitoring system of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage monitoring system 20 of a fuel cell stack FC in which the fuel cells FC1-FC9 are laminated includes detection circuits VC1-VC3, a switching power supply circuit 25, and a control circuit 35. The detection circuits VC1-VC3 are used by a reference potential which is independent for every blocks B1-B3 in which the fuel cells FC1-FC9 are divided, and detect a minimum voltage out of each voltage of the fuel cells belonging to the blocks B1-B3. The switching power supply circuit 25 extracts a plurality of independent outputs and supplies the plurality of outputs to the detection circuits VC1-VC3 as an independent power supply for respective blocks B1-B3. The control circuit 35 feeds back one of the plurality of outputs of the switching power supply circuit 25 and controls switching of the switching power supply circuit 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
