<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-providing system, a communication terminal, an information server, an information providing method, and an information providing program which enable a user to acquire an image of desired scenery by photographing as instructed, even if photographing scenery in a desired form due to an influence of conditions cannot be carried out. <P>SOLUTION: In the information-providing system, the communication terminal transmits location information to an information server which manages a place of scenery photographing, and the information server transmits an image of scenery, corresponding to the location information and an instruction for photographing the scenery, as photographic information to the communication terminal. The communication terminal refers to the photographic information to photograph a site and transmits a photographed site image to the information server, and the information server compares the image received from the communication terminal with the image of scenery corresponding to the location information and processes the received image according to the comparison result.
