PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowerpot for solving such problems that plant seedlings sprouting and taking root are raised and cultivated by fix-planting in a pot in which soil is put, but when using floral-foam as soil, the floral-foam has good water retention, but is not suitable for fix-planting, raising and cultivating plants because water evaporates on the whole surface, and temperature change inside the floral-foam is large by evaporation heat, and the floral-foam has weak mechanical strength and is easy to break. SOLUTION: The flowerpot is such that a floral-foam surface is coated with a paint film and hardened so as to increase mechanical strength, and prevent evaporation of water inside floral-foam from the surface to avoid temperature change by evaporation heat, and the flowerpot includes a planting hole on the upper surface and a drainage hole on the bottom so as to improve air permeability.
