PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection stand which enables a technician in a wheel chair to perform accurate inspection. SOLUTION: An inspection object mounting stand 30 is tilted according to an instrument panel of a vehicle. An inspector 48 watches an upper-stage eye-line verification member 34 with an ideal eye line 49 perpendicular to the surface of the inspection object mounting stand 30. In the case that the upper-stage eye-line verification member 34 is a mirror, the mirror reflects the eyes of the inspector 48. When the eyes match a neutral line 44, the eye line 49 matches the center of the mirror. The inspector 48 sitting in a wheelchair 47 elevates or lowers the inspection object mounting stand 30 as watching the upper-stage eye-line verification member 34, an intermediate-stage eye-line verification member 35, and a lower-stage eye-line verification member 36 and performs inspection work. As a result, the inspector is not required to vertically swing his or her neck. In other words, an inspection stand user-friendly for a technician of a wheelchair is constituted.
