PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for selecting a feature which serves as a reference in route guidance and is suitable for an individual user. SOLUTION: Common information shared by members of a group to which the user belongs is acquired, and the feature relating to the shared information which serves as the reference in the route guidance to the destination for the user is specified. According to this constitution wherein the route guidance is performed with the specified feature presented, it is possible to perform the route guidance in the condition that the feature to serve as the reference has high possibility of being recognized by the user.
