PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow test operation of an electric appliance in a packed state without loading a battery in an apparatus body. SOLUTION: A pack P in which a printing label producing device 1 with a power supply terminal 61 exposed from the outside of the appliance is packed, includes: a first packing member 71 with a first recess 72 for accommodating the upper side of the printing label producing device 1; and a second pack member 81 with a second recess 82 accommodating the lower side of the printing label producing device 1 and covering the printing label producing device 1 in cooperation with the first recess 72 of the first packing member 71. The first packing member 71 includes a battery accommodating portion 73 in which a battery 8 for applying a driving voltage can be loaded from the outside of the pack P while the printing label producing device 1 remains accommodated in the first and second recesses 72 and 82; and a conductive path able to supply the driving voltage of the battery 8 to the printing label producing device 1.
