Disclosed are: a coenzyme Q10-containing composition for oral ingestion, which can improve the bioabsorbability of coenzyme Q10 and therefore enables the ingestion of coenzyme Q10 with high efficiency, and which is highly safe; and a pharmaceutical preparation and a functional food, each of which contains the composition for oral ingestion. Specifically disclosed are: a coenzyme Q10-containing composition for oral ingestion which has excellent bioabsorbability and which is prepared by allowing coenzyme Q10 to coexist with a seed treatment product; and a pharmaceutical preparation and a functional food, each of which is prepared by using the composition for oral ingestion.
