The cover has a frame (21), in which a cover part (22) lies horizontally and is mounted in a removable manner, and has a curb part which upwardly surmounts the cover part and consists the general external shape of a road curb. The frame has a U-shape in the cross-section. The U-shape consists two side pieces of different lengths, where the long side piece interacts with the road curb part. The cover part is designed as horizontal continuous plate with similar height and extends over the frame and the curb part is connected firmly with the cover part at the curb-side area of the cover part.
