<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paperless conference system of enhanced security. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of thin client terminals 201 without any secondary storages are placed in a conference room 200. A thin client management server 101, and a conference room system management server 102 are placed in a server room 100 physically separating from the conference room 200. The conference room system management server 102 transmits a conference material to the thin client management server 101.
