摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system surely recovering degradation of a fuel cell by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A poisoning recovery process of circulating liquid phase water in a solid polymer fuel cell at a circulating speed of at least 2.4 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>/min. or more, preferably, 3 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>/min. or more, and 28 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>/min. or less is performed. The circulating speed of the liquid phase water is controlled by changing the humidifying amount and/or the temperature of the fuel cell.
