摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermally disappearing resin particles and a titanium oxide containing paste, capable of forming a porous titanium oxide layer having a porous structure controlled in high accuracy after heating, with thermally disappearing resin particles sufficiently disappearing by heating.

SOLUTION: The thermally disappearing resin particles are used as a raw material for the titanium oxide containing paste used for forming a porous titanium oxide layer. The thermally disappearing resin particles are obtained by making a cross-linking agent which has at least one kind of unit out of an oxypropylene unit and an oxytetramethylene unit and has two or more polymerization unsaturated groups, react with a monomer having a polymerization unsaturated group. The titanium oxide containing paste includes titanium oxide particles, the thermally disappearing resin particles, organic binder resin and a solvent.
