<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling control method and a rolling control apparatus by which service life of the apparatus is made longer without lowering control ability. <P>SOLUTION: By detecting the amount of meandering of a steel sheet P in rolling mills F<SB>n</SB>, F<SB>n+1</SB>and calculating the manipulated variables of reduction leveling of the rolling mills F<SB>n</SB>, F<SB>n+1</SB>from the amount of the meandering of the steel sheet P with a sliding mode controlling controller 4 by sliding mode control by the state feedback of a C<SP>1</SP>-class function, the reduction leveling of a reduction device 24 of the rolling mills F<SB>n</SB>, F<SB>n+1</SB>is manipulated with a hydraulic controller 5 on the basis of the calculated reduction levelling manipulated variables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
