<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision-making support system, a mediation device, a decision-making support method, and a decision-making support program which achieve supporting manager's decision-making, reflecting the desire of the whole users using an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The mediation device 200 connected with a plurality of composite machines and a manager terminal for a manager through a network includes: a desire information receiving part 236 receiving purchase desire information showing the purchase desire of plug-in from each of the composite machines; a calculation part 238 which counts the received purchase desire information and calculates the number of the purchase desires of the plug-in; a determination part 240 which determines whether the number of the purchase desires exceeds a purchase threshold; and a reporting part 248 for reporting to the manager terminal when the determination part 240 has determined that the number of the purchase desires exceeds the purchase threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
