PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner capable of lowering a mounting position of a drain pump by improving a structure of a drain plug, and reducing an amount of drainage remaining in a drain pan. SOLUTION: An air blower 5, a heat exchanger 6, the drain pan 7 and the drain pump 10 are disposed in an air conditioner body 1, the drain pan includes a drain outlet 8 for discharging the drainage remaining in the drain pan to the external, the drain plug K is openably and closably fitted to the drain outlet, a recessed section 38 recessed to a lower part with respect to a bottom surface of the drain pan 7 is formed on the drain plug, and the drain pump is disposed in a state that a bottom surface of the recessed section of the drain pan plug is opposed to an inlet body 10a.
