PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal clad laminated plate wherein the generation of warpage or curl is sufficiently suppressed while being provided with a polyimide resin laminate having a low thermal expansion coefficient of 10×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/K) or less. SOLUTION: The metal clad laminated plate includes a metal foil and a polyimide laminate comprising a plurality of polyimide resin layers laminated on the surface of the metal foil. The metal foil has a bending rigidity of 50 N/m or more, and the polyimide laminate has the thermal expansion coefficient of 10×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/K) or less and a thickness of 1-30μm, and includes a first polyimide resin layer having the thermal expansion coefficient of 8×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/K) or less and a second polyimide resin layer which is disposed on at least one side surface of the first polyimide resin layer and has the thermal expansion coefficient of 30×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/K) or more. The thickness t<SB>1</SB>of the first polyimide resin layer and the thickness t<SB>2</SB>of the second polyimide resin layer satisfy the condition represented by numerical formula (F1): 0.01≤(t<SB>2</SB>/t<SB>1</SB>)≤0.2.
