PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability while maintaining a high travel performance in a tire with an oblateness of 55% or less. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire 1, a mini side rubber 41 is arranged between a top tread rubber 31 and a side rubber 32. The mini side rubber 41 has a tread-side end portion 42 joined with the top tread rubber 31, and side-rubber-side end portion 43 joined with the side rubber 32. The mini side rubber 41 is disposed in an area including a maximum width portion 22M of a carcass 22 located in the outermost side in the tread width direction.
