PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat loudspeaker device that facilitates manufacturing an edge, had good durability and good conductivity in a voice coil, causes no distortion in the coil, and has a good quality of voice and a high resolution. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker device has a flat diaphragm 2. The diaphragm 2 has an end edge 3 held by a pair of annular edges 4 and 5 with a semi-circular section so as to be held by a frame 6. A voice coil 11 forming a magnetic circuit is arranged at the rear of the diaphragm 2. The annular edges 4 and 5 are made of an unwoven cloth structure sheet in which ultra-microfine fibers employing polyester and polyethylene as raw materials are made homogeneously and densely like a sheet.
