PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor with a compression mechanism and a motor part stored in a casing preventing increase of pressure loss when operating fluid is discharged, while efficiently separating lubricating oil from the operating fluid discharged to the outside of the casing. SOLUTION: In the casing (10) on at least one side axially lateral to the motor part (20), a trapping part (50) is provided for trapping lubricating oil in a refrigerant causing a swirl flow by the rotation of a rotor (23) of the motor part (20).
