PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a present state that, in hydraulic power generation, although a power generator is operated by means of a water flow and a water head to generate electric power, power generation of a large capacity cannot be achieved with respect to water flowing in flat land. SOLUTION: Power generation is enabled by using a power generation auxiliary device for allowing sufficient power generation even with the water volume and flow rate of flowing water having no water head. In the power generation auxiliary device, swirly water flow conversion blades are provided in a funnel-shaped tube so that flowing water is converted in a swirling manner and can efficiently rotate a propeller of the power generator.
