PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for fixing a net for preventing exfoliation of concrete, which can solve the problems in lightweight properties, workability, constructibility at a step part and a spring-water part, cost, etc. SOLUTION: This implement for fixing the net for preventing the exfoliation of the concrete includes: a base material portion with a through-hole for an anchor, which has dimensions enabling placement on at least one mesh (mesh size) of the net; and at least two exterior edge walls which are extended to an outer rim of the base material portion, which have strength high enough to share an external force applied to the net, and to which opposing net yarns or adjacent net yarns of the one mesh (mesh size) can be attached in a capping manner.
