PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the redispersion of a two-layer type powder cosmetic containing ethanol as a main base, and obtained by formulating an antimicrobial zeolite powder insoluble therein, exhibiting extremely superior redispersibility of the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a) and capable of preventing the discoloration of the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a) when attached to clothes, and to provide a method for preventing the discoloration. SOLUTION: The method for improving the redispersion of the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a), and preventing the discoloration of the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a) uses the following two-layer type powder cosmetic. The two-layer type powder cosmetic containing the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a) and 50-90 mass% of the ethanol (b) as the base further contains 0.1-5 mass% of glutathione and/or L-cysteine (c), 0.1-5 mass% of zinc para-phenolsulfonate (d) as a redispersion-improving agent of the antimicrobial zeolite powder (a) in the presence of the glutathione and/or the L-cysteine (c), and water (f).
