PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment to be applied on an echo (an ultrasonic inspection machine or probe), which requires no liquid such as a gel or the like for a patient's skin. SOLUTION: In an echo non-gel device, a special heat welding (1), which prevents liquid leak, is provided on an outer frame thereof so that a liquid (2) could be infused thereinto.
