The lamp device may include a substrate, a light emitting device provided on a first side of the substrate, a light guide having one end thereof optically connected to the light emitting device and a coupler binding the other end of the light guide, and a heat sink that is thermally connected to a second side of the substrate to radiate heat generated by the light emitting device.
