摘要 <p>The interface useful in machined working tools for the aircraft for anti-rotational coupling of a tool shaft (18) to a tool-clamping module (14), comprises a combination of conical surface pairs processed to fit for centering the both parts to be coupled and backlash and adhered cylindrical surface pairs subsequent to it for transmission of torque. The tool shaft passes into a cylindrical end section over a fit cone concentrically formed to a tool axis. The tool shaft consists of hard material e.g. solid carbide. The tool clamping module forms a fit counter surface concentric to its axis. The interface useful in machined working tools for the aircraft for anti-rotational coupling of a tool shaft (18) to a tool-clamping module (14), comprises a combination of conical surface pairs processed to fit for centering the both parts to be coupled and backlash and adhered cylindrical surface pairs subsequent to it for the transmission of torque. The tool shaft passes into a cylindrical end section over a fit cone concentrically formed to a tool axis. The tool shaft consists of hard material such as solid carbide. The tool clamping module forms a fit counter surface concentric to its axis, where a reception defective with radial clearance connects to the fit counter surface for the cylindrical end section. A hardenable adhesive serves for transmission of the torque between the tool shaft and the tool clamping module, where the radial clearance between the reception in the tool clamping module and the cylindrical end section is fillable with the adhesive in an area-wise manner. The conical surfaces are formed from circular conical surfaces. The surfaces of the cylindrical surface pairs are formed from circular cylindrical surfaces, where the radial clearance is 10-20 mu m. The axial length of the conical surface at the tool shaft is 0.4-0.6x D, where D is the diameter of the tool shaft. The axial length of the cylindrical surface at the tool shaft is 0.9-1.4x D. An opening angle of the conical surfaces is 35-45[deg] . The tool clamping module has a pair of radial channels, which are displaced diametrically in circumferential direction and/or in axial direction and over which the space between the cylindrical surfaces is area-wisely and cohesively fillable with the adhesive in an uncoupled state of the tool shaft. The adhesive is formed from acrylate adhesive on dimethacrylate ester basis. Independent claims are included for: (1) a component for a machined working tool for use with an interface; (2) a tool clamping module; and (3) a method for anti-rotational coupling of a machined working tool component to a tool-clamping module using an interface.</p>
