The toggle has a locking device comprising an annular locking element (4) rotated at a sinking axis (6) under an effect of incrementing gearings (20, 21, 25) for continuous-switching operation of the locking element in a position releasing a toggle movement in an operating position and in a position closing the toggle movement in a sinking position. The locking element is rotatably mounted on a hollow body-like axle (1) and stop-limited as a part of the incrementing gearings with respect to other part of the incrementing gearings in an axially movable manner.
